My stay was fantastic, as the hotel was clean and updated, and I enjoyed the well-stocked breakfast with multiple options, making mornings a delight while exploring the nearby parks and landmarks such as Liberty Park, which is just over 4 km away and the Cuyahoga River, a scenic spot only 3.5 km from the hotel, perfect for city strolls and enjoying nature.

The jacuzzi in the King Room with Whirlpool was a fantastic touch, making our stay feel extra special. Outside parking was convenient and easy to access, which helped us enjoy our time without hassle. Staff members were friendly and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience. Additionally, the outdoor space was well-maintained and enjoyable, encouraging us to spend time outside.

We loved how convenient it was to stay here while exploring places like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The breakfast really stood out, with staff going out of their way to accommodate our kids’ requests, which made mornings enjoyable.

My kids wished the pool was a bit larger.

Unfortunately, the pool area was overcrowded at times, and there was noticeable noise from the HVAC system, which disturbed our relaxation. Better communication from the staff would have also improved our experience.
